Don’t get me wrong, The Rustic Goat is a restaurant but before their kitchen opens, they use their beautiful space as strictly a coffee shop and sell Kaladi Brothers coffee and the baristas whip up all of the same delicious drinks you can get at any KBC coffee shop. This place is actually my most favorite brunch spot in all of Anchorage but you’ve got to head over to my Eats section to find out why.
What I love: Aside from the Kaladi Brothers coffee they use, it’s the atmosphere and aesthetic for me. It is a beautiful space with so much natural light.
What I order: Cold Brew with sugar free vanilla. Don’t ask me why I don’t stick to my normal Kaladi Brothers order of an iced Americano with cream. I just don’t, alright? :)
