Tanner Mountain Estates

Last weekend, my girlfriends and I spent a glorious 30 hours in Girdwood, Alaska. The company, the food, the excursions and sights made for an unforgettable stay but one of the best parts about our time together was where we stayed. My girlfriend, Danika from @girl.in.alaska, was the one who found the place for us and invited us to join her and I am forever grateful.

Our stay at Tanner Mountain Estates, a 6 bedroom/4 bathroom home, had us feeling like royalty. We loved the 180 degree mountain views the space provided, as well as all of the natural light. The only thing that made us sweat (literally), was the amount of steps we had to climb just to get to the main floor. The entire first floor of the home is occupied by the property manager, so the main floor of the home that we stayed in was actually on the third floor. Mmmhmm. We were sweaty messes lugging up our suitcases and booze food.

But that house. Damn. It was beautiful and worth the workout via the stair climb each time we entered the house. Check it out.

I wish I was on it quick enough to have been able to snag this for the Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday. It would’ve been perfect for a quick family holiday weekend getaway. If you’re interested in renting it, you can find the Airbnb link here and the VRBO link here. Think Mother’s Day, bridal or baby shower, Easter or any day of the week, in all honesty, as the time to make use of this property.

I did a walk-through of the house on my Instagram stories and saved it on my highlights here. Make sure to go it a watch to see more views of all the house offers. XO, Lesli
