Amanda Bacher, the owner of Gloss Styling, has been doing my hair for about a decade. She used to do hair in Anchorage but has been doing hair in Wasilla full time since she opened up her salon in 2020. She cuts, she colors, she extensions, she listens and she keeps all of your secrets- which is why I continue to make the trek out to Wasilla from Anchorage every 7 weeks to get my hair done.

I know how hard it is to find your person for your hair and I am so lucky to have found Amanda when I did. When she first transitioned out to doing hair in the Valley, I tried someone new in town but there is only one Amanda and, in my opinion, keeping her is worth the hour-long drive to Wasilla.
